Please note that whilst Dyffryn Taf is not directly involved at this stage, we will be helping with arrangements in any way that we can.

There appear to be some differences in the emergency childcare arrangements between Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire Local Authorities. The arrangements for Carmarthenshire have been hosted on our website already. They involve a small number of primary school settings in the first instance.

However, we have received reports that pupils in Pembrokeshire have been told to attend their normal school as of Monday March 23rd. THIS WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE FOR PUPILS ATTENDING DYFFRYN TAF SCHOOL. In line with Carmarthenshire's policy, the school will not be open for pupils until further notice.
However, we have received reports that pupils in Pembrokeshire have been told to attend their normal school as of Monday March 23rd. THIS WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE FOR PUPILS ATTENDING DYFFRYN TAF SCHOOL. In line with Carmarthenshire's policy, the school will not be open for pupils until further notice.
We have notified both Local Authorities of this potential discrepancy and will update you should there be any changes at a future point.
